In2Streams is a subscription based service offering quality television programming over the internet.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled.
Rates:
In2Streams Monthly Subscription Rate $14.99 USD per month. From time to time we offer our Discounted Monthly Rate of $9.99 USD per month.
Returning Members who have a cancelled and expired accounts are eligible for our Discounted Monthly Subscription Rate of $9.99 USD per month. Returning Members must login to their expired account using the same username.
All subscriptions are automatically renewing. If you wish to pay on a month-to-month basis you can cancel your subscription immediately after purchase in the My Account area of the Site. You will have full access to the Site until your paid subscription period expires.
You can pay your monthly subscription through the our Secure Credit Card System or Third Party Payment Processor. If you prefer to pay through a method or payment system that is not currently available, please submit a request to us.

To renew an existing account, click HERE. When renewing use the drop-down menus to select your desired subscription plan and payment system.
Please make sure that all information you put into the signup and payment forms is correct before continuing. Incorrect information will cause your payment to be rejected. You must wait 1 hour after your credit card is rejected before you try again. This prevents the possibility of double-billing.
Our Secure Credit Card Processing System accepts: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
To use your bank account or eCheck, please select a Third Party Payment Processor.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PAYMENTS ON THE SECURE CREDIT CARD SYSTEM APPEAR AS "MRC RECEIVABLE CORP" ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT.
Renewing your lapsed or cancelled Membership is as easy as logging into your expired account. Once you login to your expired account, you are taken to Your Membership Information page. Select the Membership Type and Payment System and then click the "Order" button. You will then be taken to the secure area where you can enter your payment information or to a Third Party Payment Processor.
If you do not see your desired payment method, please contact us to discuss other methods of payment.

If you have lost your password, please use the Lost Password recovery system on the Login page. You must input your Username or email address that you used when registering your In2Streams account.
If you cannot remember your Username, or have problems receiving emails from In2streams, please create a Support Request and we will help you login as quickly as possible.
To change your Password or Email Address, login to your account and select the My Account link in the User Menu. This will take you to Your Membership Information page. Click the Change Password/Edit Profile link to make changes to your account.

This area of the site is a secure area where you can manage your Password, Email Address and Membership Subscription. You can also view important information on this page such as Newsletters and other Announcements.
In an effort to protect our Members accounts and stop bandwidth abuse, our system will automatically block accounts that are shared. A shared account is any account that has Two (2) or more simultaneous IP connections to our service.
To prevent your account from being blocked, please do not share your account. You may also wish to logout from one computer if you plan on using another computer at a different location.
IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN AUTOMATICALLY BLOCKED - please submit a Support Request to our Help Desk. We will review the access history on your account and un-block your account if we determine that our Terms of Service have not been violated.
Accounts that have their payments in question will also automatically be blocked until such time as In2Streams can verify payment. This includes accounts that have paid using credit cards without the owner's consent (eg. credit card fraud, improper use, identity theft, etc.). All accounts paid using nefarious means will have funds refunded and will be blocked. In2Streams reserves the right to be sole judge if a credit card was used improperly.
You may cancel your Membership at any time. If you have used our Secure Payment Processor, you may go to Your Membership Information Area by clicking the "My Account" link under "Settings" in the Top Menu bar. Once at Your Membership Information page, view "Your Payment History" and click the "Cancel" link under your most current subscription period. This will stop your credit card from being charged and cancel your account.
If your membership is paid through a Third Party Payment Processor, you MUST login to the Third Party Payment Processor and cancel your account from there. Since Third Party Payment Processors only send our system notification of payment, you cannot cancel your account directly from our site.
If you need help cancelling your account, please submit a Support Request through our Help Desk. Please note that if you request us to cancel your account we require 3 days prior notification.
Your account may also be cancelled if your payment is declined. Our system and Third Party Payment Processors will attempt to collect your payment two (2) times. If it is not successfully collected, your account will automatically be cancelled. You can renew your account at any time.
Members who cancel their accounts prior to their scheduled re-bill date will still have full access to their accounts until the scheduled re-bill/expiration date.
We do not pro-rate monthly membership subscriptions or issue refunds on unused subscriptions.
If you suspect that you have been double-billed for a subscription period, please inform us immediately. We are only able to refund double-payments made within the last 30 days. For all periods older than 30 days, you will receive credit in additional months to your Member Subscription account. Please provide us with as much information as possible when reporting being billed more than once during a subscription period. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We do not issue refunds for any other reason than stated above.
1. Viewing or downloading multiple streams or episodes simultaneously on the same or separate computer devices from the same member account.
2. Use of download managers and/or multi-threaded download software.
3. Unauthorized attempts to gain access to any account or resource on the site or servers, whether belonging to I2S, the site, or others (e.g., "cracking").
4. Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means or device with intent to avoid payment.
5. Unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or any attempt thereof, of any information of any kind on the site, or servers, by any means or device.
6. Knowingly engage in any activities designed to harass, or that will cause a denial-of-service (e.g., synchronized number sequence attacks) to the Site, or servers.
